      • Ceiling leaking in various areas of dining room, hallway and in dishwashing area of kitchen.Bus pans present on floors and on some tables to catch actively dripping water at time of inspection.Recent warm weather and snow melt has caused roof to leak.Repair roof and remove any water damaged ceiling materials. Wet materials can lead to mold growth.

      • The high-temperature dishwasher in the bar area was measured at 77 °C for the final rinse at dish level. The dishwasher was leaking water; front floor was wet: repairs are in progress. Please ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition.

      • The quat sanitizer in the sani buckets and dispensed from the dispenser were measured at 100ppm.- Ensure the quat sanitizer is at 200ppm.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quat test strips are not available to confirm the sanitizer concentration. - Obtain test strips and confirm concentration minimum daily.
