- Observation(s): Wastewater tank is required to operate a food service establishment. No waste water tank available at the time of inspection. Waste is being collected and disposed of inappropriately at the end of the day. Hot and cold running water is required to operate a food service establishment. Not available at the time of inspection. Water bottles from main lodge are brought to the mobile, however, the water is not connected to the sink.
