      • The water temperature of the shower was noted to be 50.2 degree Celsius.Ensure the water temperature of the shower is maintained between 35 and 45 degrees Celsius.

      • Some sections at the bottom end of the slide have missing caulking and paint.Refill the caulking and repaint the affected sections at the bottom end of the slide.

      • The following documents were not available for review, namely:1. Anti Entrapment Plan (information has been served to the owner / operator).2. Written Policies for general sanitation.3. Written Policies for Patrons Education & Notification4. Written Policies for Safety & Supervision Plan5. Written Policies for Water Quality Incident & Response Plan.Ensure all the above noted written policies / plans are in place and available for review during inspection.

      • At time of inspection:1. The current emergency telephone was not in a suitable condition and it does not automatically transmit to the front desk (i.e. buttons need to be pushed and there was no clear instructions on what buttons to push for an emergency).The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Replace the current telephone with one where it automatically transmits direct connection to the front desk OR2. Place signage above this telephone instructing patrons what numbers to press - should an emergency occur.

      • Please ensure a copy of the swimming pool permit is posted in the swimming pool area if not already done so. All permits must be posted in a location easily visible to all patrons entering into this facility.
    • 06. Has an owner or owner's agent, if any, been identified and is the pool operated and maintained by a qualified pool operator?
      • At time of inspection:1. A copy of all Alberta-approved pool safety certificates did not appear to be noted within the aquatic facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Submit a copy of all Alberta-approved pool safety certificates and ensure a copy of all certificates are kept in the pool chemistry records binders provided.

      • 1. The following areas required some cleaning:-The wall by the life ring.-The mirror in the bathroom. -Some of the skimmer cups.2. The light switch cover is in disrepair in the men's washroom. 1. Please clean indicated areas.2. Please repair the light switch cover.
