      • Staff are using the sink at the back of the salon for both hand washing and washing of nail equipment and do not have a written procedures completed for the cleaning and disinfecting of the sink. **Please ensure written procedures for sink decontamination are available onsite.

      • **Corrected**1. Staff was placing used foam separators in laundry bag for laundering, which are single use only.- Operator discarded the separators during inspection. 2. Wooden stick was stored inside the Vaseline container, which is considered single use.- Operator discarded the wooden stick during inspection.3. Single use plastic spoon was stored inside the pedicure scrub container. - Operator removed the spoon during inspection.**Please ensure foam separators, wooden sticks or spoons are not reused. These items must be used one time only.
