      • The stew, in the front self-serve area, was 52°C. The stew was removed from the hot holding unit to reheat to 74°C. Please ensure that potentially hazardous foods that are served hot are held at a temperature of at least 60°C.

      • Frozen fish was thawing in the sink. The fish wash still frozen during the inspection. The fish was moved to the coolers. Discussed proper thawing procedures.

      • The hand wash station had no soap. This was corrected during the inspection.
