- Multiple choking hazard toys in the room. Since you have children as young as 18 months old you cannot have any toy or toy part that can fit through a cardboard toilet paper roll. Violation corrected during the inspection.

- At least two toy storage bins had some dirt/debris in them. Ensure the storage bins are kept in sanitary condition and cleaned on weekly basis.

- Different childrens blankets were stored on top of the sleeping mats. The parents place laundred blankets there which are they placed in labelled plastic bags. To ensure personal items are kept separate please ask the parents to place the bedding in their child's cubbie.

- (1) There was a buildup of dirt and debris on the diaper change station.

- 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
- -During the inspection, it was observed that the individual bedding was separated by a thin plastic liner sheet. Upon questioning, staff member stated that they randomly stack the beds on the beds storage place and put one plastic liner between each two client's beds. -Since, there is random stacking of beds, the use of plastic liner could be a source of cross-contamination of beds.Action taken:- Staff was instructed to disinfect the plastic liner by spraying the bleach solution on it (100 ppm).-Staff was advised to always disinfect the plastic sheet before putting it on the client bed (the side of the plastic that is touching the front area of bedding).

- - It was observed that the individual's personal belongings (Coats) hanging in the storage area were touching another individual's coat.-There was no adequate physical separation between stored personal belongings.Action required:-Facility must ensure that there must be a physical separation between the individual's coat.
