      • (1) The food items and cleaning items were kept on the same shelves. Ensure all food items are stored in a designated separate location from cleaning supplies and supplies for other activities. The storage room was filled with miscellaneous items and some items were kept directly on the floor.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • (1) There was no hand soap available at the kitchen handwash sink.

      • (1) The surfaces of the shelves in the office storage room were not properly finished. Pre-packaged foods are stored on these shelves. The surfaces are porous and not easy to clean and disinfect.
