- (1) The food items and cleaning items were kept on the same shelves. Ensure all food items are stored in a designated separate location from cleaning supplies and supplies for other activities. The storage room was filled with miscellaneous items and some items were kept directly on the floor.

- (1) There was no hand soap available at the kitchen handwash sink.
