    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • There is no thermometer inside the fridge and the display cooler. Please ensure thermometer is available in every cold storage unit.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quats test strips were not available at the time of inspection. The operator provided the invoice showing test strips had been ordered.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Gaps were observed around the service window, providing entry points for pests. The operator stated that these would be sealed using weather stripping.
