    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Sample collected by Geoffrey M 9/3/2026 from the Roadhouse Bed and Bbq kitchen tap was present for Total Coliforms and E.coli. During our discussion it was confirmed that the aerator was not removed from the faucet prior to taking the sample and that a mop bucket was emptied just prior to sampling which leads me to believe there may have been a sampling error.In consultation with Zaheen Nanji, drinking water manager it was agreed that the municipal operator will take another sample before, at the site and after the site and submit it today for testing.

      • Observed bowls of cooked food items stored beside a bowl of raw patty meats in the cooler. Staff removed cooked food items to another cooler during the inspection.Advised staff on ensuring proper food storage protocols to prevent cross contamination of food.Foods are stored up on shelving in coolers, freezer and dry storage areas. All take out containers stored up on shelving to protect from contamination.
