- Used wet cleaning cloths were not being stored in a sanitizer solution. Sanitizer solution was being applied from a spray bottle and cleaning cloths being re-used.The manager was advised to ensure that used cleaning cloths are being stored in a sanitizer solution when not is use or used as single wipe then moved away for washing.

- Pest control records were not observed.Implement and maintain monthly pest control/check. A checklist that can be used will be sent with this report. Traps/monitoring stations should be available at different locations in the facility.

- The chlorine sanitizer concentrate being used to create sanitizer had a concentration of 100 ppm.PHI requested that facility acquire a new sanitizer concentrate. Sanitizer was obtained and a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was created.

- Tomato pesto Ricotta Danishes, and Berry with Custard Danishes were being stored and sold at room temperature.PHI discussed that potentially high risk baked goods must either be kept Refridgerated at less than 4 degrees Celsius at all times, or displayed for up to two hours and then discarded. 3 Danishes were discarded.
