     • Observation(s): Flooring is starting to show signs of wear. In the long term please plan to repair floors such that they remain, smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. For more information for flooring expectations and other construction considerations review the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Code. Appears to be small leak under dishwasher area. Water pooling in this area may lead to mold growth.
     • F2.5B The premises must be properly constructed and maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition.

   • F2.2 Are proper pest control measures in place on the premises?
     • Observation(s): For any outer doors (e.g. exit doors across from kitchen) where sunlight is visible when the doors are closed - install weather stripping to prevent potential pest entry. There appears to be a hole underneath the two compartment sink in the kitchen that should be sealed. Premises sets own physical traps. No pest control company in use.
     • F2.2B The premises must be protected against entry of pests.
   • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
     • Observation(s): Please provide confirmation that the bulbs in the kitchen are shatterproof, if not, install shatterproof covers or bulbs in food preparation and food storage areas. Flooring is starting to show signs of wear. In the long term please plan to repair floors such that they remain, smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
     • F2.5B The premises must be properly constructed and maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition.
