- As per discussion with the manager, some raw meat is cooked at home and brought to the kitchen where it is reheated.This is not allowed - all foods must be prepared in the approved facility. precooked meats should be purchased and reheated in the restaurant due to lack of ventilation. Some minor cooking in air fryers and on the electric hot plate is ok.

- 1. The temperature of the lower section of the coca cola refrigerator at the front area was measured to be at 10C. Please contact your service technician for repairs. No food that requires temperature control should be stored in the cooler until repaired. 2. The paper towel dispenser in the kitchen was not operational.Please repair the dispenser.
