      • Non-essential materials are stored in baby room. One of the toilet seats is broken. Operator is advised to repair/ replace it.Cleaning equipment like brooms are stored in play areas and in the washroom. Operator is advised to store these away from play areas and washroom.

      • An empty chemical spray bottle is used to hold bleach solution for diaper change table. Operator is advised not to use pre-used spray bottle for bleach solution for diaper change table. Operator is advised to use new spray bottle for this purpose which not previously used as it may not be able to clean previously used bottle.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • A plastic sheet is found on the diaper change table. Onsite employee indicated that it is cleaned after every use. Operator is advised to use fresh new sheet for every time as it may not be cleaned properly.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Storage room is not locked. Operator is advised to keep the storage room locked.
