- Used cleaning cloths were not stored in sanitizer solution. Cleaning cloth was observed on the kitchen counter. The operator prepared 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution during inspection and stored the cleaning cloth.Please do not add dishwashing soap while mixing sanitizer solutions.

- 1. Shaved frozen donair meat was placed on the kitchen counter to thaw. The operator moved the meat into the cooler during inspection. Please note that food can be properly thawed inside the cooler or under cold running water. 2. Ham brought out for slicing was left unattended on the counter at the back area. The internal temperature of the ham was measured to be at 4.5C. The operator moved the ham into the cooler during inspection.
