      • To check the correct concentration of chemical sanitizer, appropriate sanitizer test kits/strips should be obtained and stored for convenient use.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Please have a pest control record. However, no evidance of pest observed at the time of inspection.

      • Food Safety records and cleaning schedule are not maintained and not updated. Please have written food safety records and maintained up to date. Food safety records help to monitor, take corrective steps to ensure that food process is done in a manner that makes the food safe to eat, and a commercial food establishment must have written procedures designed to ensure its safe and sanitary operation and maintenance.

      • No sanitizer detected in the glass washing machine. Please service to ensure the chlorine concentration is 100PPM to sanitize dishes. Please follow manual method of dishwashing until the dishwasher is serviced.
