- Observation: There is no written Food Safety Plan maintained in the facility.
- Corrective Action: Provide a written Food Safety Plan to the EHO and maintain the Plan in the facility. The EHO will provide a template for writing the Plan.
- 302 - Critical Repeat Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
- Observation: The glass washing machine sanitizing Chlorine concentration was 0 ppm. A concentration of at least 50 ppm is required.
- Corrective Action: Have the machine repaired and/ or replace the Chlorine solution with fresh product. Until the machine is capable of producing Chlorine concentrations of at least 50 ppm, sanitize utensils manually by immersing them for 2 minutes or more in a Chlorine solution made of household bleach and hot water, that has a Chlorine solution of at least 200 ppm.

- Corrective Action: Provide a Plan to the EHO and maintain the Plan in the facility.

- 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
- Observation: Concentration of chlorine sanitizer at the Glassware Machine measured 0 PPM due to improper Calibration. Call maintenance technician have the machine repaired.
- Corrective Action: This sanitizer must be used at 100PPM. Until the machine is repaired, use a three sink method to wash rinse and sanitize using half a tea spoon of unscented household bleach.
- 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
- Observation: Observed spray bottle of clear liquid with no label in the kitchen across the Lounge. Unlabelled chemicals could be used for a purpose that they are not intended for.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that all chemicals taken out of their original containers are properly labelled to identify their contents.
