- Observation: In the left Beverage Air cooler, food temperatures ranged between 11 and 15 degrees C, The indicating thermometer was reading 39 degrees F. it appears that the indicating thermometer is malfunctioning.
- Corrective Action: Remove the stored food from the cooler and store it in a cooler that maintain food at 4 degrees F or less. Have the cooler repaired so that cold potentially hazardous food is stored at 4 degrees C or less. Have the indicating thermometer repaired or install a new indicating thermometer in the unit.

- Observation: A written sanitation plan is not on site.
