      • A red cutting board by front pizza prep line with a stainless steel insert and a tong on it was observed with melted and deteriorated corners.As damaged food contact surfaces cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized, please remove this item from service and replace it.

      • Dust and debris accumulation were observed on ceiling tiles in the front service area, pizza preparation area, and back kitchen. The most significant accumulation was noted around ventilation units.
