      • Counter top for handwashing basins in classrooms made of wood are showing signs of water damage. Replace tops with non-porous, easy to clean material. Check all sinks with wooden tops in classrooms.

      • Handwashing stations in preschool room had no paper towel, filled during inspection.

      • Some electrical outlet caps in the younger and older preschool rooms were missing. The caps were replaced during inspection.

      • The paper towel holder at the handwashing station in the older preschool room was empty. The staff refilled the paper towel holder during inspection.Handwashing stations must be supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.

      • Electrical board being taped. Make sure some protective equipment is fixed to the switch board so that children cannot access it.

      • The shelves around the handwashing sinks at many locations in the facility are wooden, which is not easily cleanable.

      • Wall surfaces located in Kinder room, toddlers room, and preschool were soiled and damaged/chipped and required cleaning and repainting.

      • OSC room- Paper towels were kept on the sink.Make sure paper towels are kept in a dispenser or in a clean and accessible area.Pre-school room: No paper towels on the second handwashing sink.

      • The windows at the entrance and in the preschool room are cracked. Make sure they are repaired.

      • One staff member in the nursery showed signs of respiratory illness and working directly with children, with no mask. Please ensure that all staff who are ill, do not work within the facility.
