      • Use two compartment sink to sanitize with 200 ppm quat solution.

      • No test strips for glass ware or quats.
      • Please purchase test strips and use them. Comments Hand sinks stacked with soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available. 200 ppm quat surface sanitizer solution available. No test strips. Coolers has thermometer read out and is holding 40°C. Logs are made, please check twice a day. Surfaces are clean, non absorbent and easily cleanable. Dish washing done in two compartment.
