Comments Investigation into rodent complaint. Known ongoing issue. Traps have mice in them, and infestation is getting better according to operator.

      • Clean equipment and shelving. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. High temperature dishwasher measured >72°C at plate level. Surface sanitizer 200-400 ppm Quats. Handsinks fully stocked. Coolers =4°C, freezers =-18°C. Temperature logs maintained. Note: Recommend keeping temperature records for more than two months for unit tracking purposed.
