    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • PREempt CS20 was used for multiple days. Only have PREmpt HDL5 test strips were available. PREempt CS20 was not tested or recorded daily. Get the PREempt CS20 test strips. Check and record the PREempt CS20 disinfectant daily to ensure it meets disinfectant strength.
