      • a) Drill bits at client's station have a buildup of nail dust. b) CS20 testing is not being documented. Corrective action:a) Ensure drill bits are taken to the back immediately after use on a client and cleaned/disinfected when there is time. b) Document CS20 testing and label the soak trayTemplate emailed to the operator

      • All three bottles of PREempt CS 20 disinfectant used for semi critical items were expired having expiry dates 01/31/2022, Feb 2, 2024, Mar 21,2025.Corrective action:Please provide new bottles of PREempt CS 20 disinfectant well within expiry date.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • Reprocessing sink area was cluttered having single use scraper and buffer kept along with reusable items like scrapers, nippers, clippers kept for drying after cleaning.Corrective action:Please declutter reprocessing area. Store single use items separately from items kept for drying after cleaning before disinfection.
