- Observation(s): Chemical dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer or correct sanitizer concentration during cycle. Dishwasher line may need to be inspected to ensure no blockages or air bubbles. Amount of sanitizer in bottle indicates, sanitizer is being pumped out. Please verify with test strips regularly if sanitizer is being dispensed correctly. If test strips show no sanitizer, please use alternate method of sanitizing. EG. Submerge dishes and utensils in sink with bleach/water solution for 30 seconds to adequately sanitize.
