- Observation(s): Please provide test strips for verifying the concentration of quaternary ammonia sanitizer solutions.
- F3.2 Is the premises construction and layout unchanged and in accordance with approved plans?
- Observation(s): As requested during inspections with the previous owner, please replace the carpeting in the back area of the store/food service establishment with a floor surface that is cleanable, smooth/non slip, durable and of lighter colour. As discussed at the time of inspection, the vinyl floor that has been partially installed in the back kitchen room is acceptable for use in replacing the carpeting through the rest of the back area. Please complete replacement of the carpeting by May 26, 2027.
