- There was a strong smell of Pyn Sol indicating that it was used in high concentration.Pyn Sol must be used according to manufactures instruction for use to prevent off gassing that may lead to nasal or eye irritation.

- 1. Wall shelf in the toddler washroom was in disrepair. The surface was worn out exposing raw wood.Resurface or replace the wall shelf.2. Toy shelf in the toddler room was covered with a plastic wrap that was secured with tape. Remove the tape from all surfaces to help with effective cleaning.3. Reusable wiping cloths are not being laundered after each use. A used wiping cloth was stored with on a disinfectant bottle in the preschool classroom.Reusable wiping cloths must be laundered after each use.

- Mattress covered with a bed linen was placed in the book center as a relaxing area for children to read in the preschool classroom. Bed linens are not removed or cleaned in between use. Remove this set up and replace with an item that can be cleaned and disinfected between use.
