- No soap is available at the handwashing sink in the walk-in cooler in the meats department. Ensure that the indicated handwashing sink is equipped with soap in a suitable dispenser.

- The white wooden shelf above the cutting board in the fruit processing area is observed to be in disrepair and is no longer smooth, resistant to moisture and easily cleanable. Ensure that the shelf is repaired and/or replaced to be smooth and easy to clean.

- A vegetable peeler is observed with a buildup of food debris and is being stored between the counter and the wall in the fruit processing area in the back. Ensure that utensils are stored in a clean condition and in proper containers and/or holders to prevent contamination.
