      • Observation(s): Minor number of ants observed in corners of customer dining areas. Some sealed edges of the floor observed to be broken and suspected to be entry point of ants. Corrective Action: 1) Operator to maintain premises clean and monitor for ant activities. 2) Re-apply sealant to prevent entry of ants.
