- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Bottled milk is placed at the bottom of the standing fridge. Mobile phone is put on the food preparation table. (Public Health Significance) - ready-to-eat food such as milk should be stored on the top of the refrigerator to prevent cross contamination from raw products. Mobile phone can house pathogens and may increase the risk of food contamination.
- Corrective Action: Operator immediately put milk on the top of the refrigerator. Operator immediately removed the personal items.
