- Observation: The final rinse temperature for mechanical dishwasher was measured at 62C. Food debris were found in a microwave oven. (Public Health Significance) - equipment and food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized adequately to remove pathogens and prevent bacterial growth.
- Corrective Action: Operator to ensure the final rinse temperature of the dishwasher is at 71C. Operator to ensue all equipment are clean and sanitized at all times.
