      • The paper towel dispenser was empty at the hand wash sink in the main kitchen.-Asked staff to re-fill the dispenser at the time of inspection.

      • Screen door on the back kitchen door is damaged which allows for the entry of pests. Replace the screen door.Note: this item was not re-inspected during the July 25, 2025 inspection.
