      • Creamers were stored above the cooler inserts load limits. Creamers on top were measured at 10.0 degrees C. Store all cold perishable food at 4 degrees C or below.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • No stopper for dishwashing at the back two compartment sink. Provide a stopper so sanitizer can be made in the sink to submerge dishes for sanitizing.
