    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Handwashing sinks are not equipped with paper towel in suitable dispensers. A paper towel stand is considered an adequate dispenser.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • As facility was no longer using plastic bags, it was found that the mattresses themselves were not made of a moisture material and were not impervious to moisture. Since mattresses themselves cannot be cleaned and disinfected by putting through the laundry, these must be switched out or upholstered with a moisture resistant material such as vinyl.

      • The counter under and around the sink in the main floor classroom is water damaged. Replace the damaged materials.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Plastic bags that are used for storing childrens' bedding and mats are only changed as necessary and are not able to be cleaned and disinfected/laundered. Clean bedding is therefore being stored back into a soiled/used bag until the bag is damaged and replaced. Change the bags weekly, or discard the bag system completely by storing bedding in cubbies/bins, and disinfecting mats after each nap time.

      • The handwashing sink in the washroom is missing a suitable dispenser. The paper towel dispenser in the common area is missing paper towel.
