     • Observation(s): The outdoor play space is not fully enclosed, as a section of fencing has been removed during playground renovations and the large perimeter gates are left open. The outdoor play space must be enclosed in a manner that ensures children are unable to leave the area unsupervised. The large perimeter gates were closed during the inspection, fully enclosing the outdoor play space. Corrected during the inspection.
