      • Hot water at the hand sink was not working. - Please repair the hot water. Ensure the sink is supplied with hot and cold running water.

      • Glass cleaner and sanitizer bottles were unlabeled. - Please ensure all chemicals are adequately labelled to prevent misuse.

      • Only one set of tongs available onsite. - Please ensure you have backup utensils in the event one becomes contaminated.

      • QUAT sanitizer had a concentration of 0 ppm. - Replace the solution, ensure all sanitizers are maintained between 200-400 ppm QUAT. Recommend either replacing the solution daily or testing it frequently to ensure concentration remains in this range.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Lights did not have covers and were not shatterproof. - Please ensure install appropriate covers or ensure the bulbs are shatterproof.
