      • The trampoline was removed. However, some elevated equipment was observed at the outdoor playing area. The operator advised that she would remove all the elevated equipment.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Still outstanding. The operator advised that a company will be called in to look into the issue. The hot water temperatures detected from both the upstairs washroom and downstairs washroom were above 54C. Ensure that hot water temperature at the wash basin used by children be maintained not higher than 49C.

      • Only a small first aid kit was observed on the main floor area. Ensure that first aid kits meet the requirements outlined in the child care guidelines.

      • The small fridge use to store baby's milk was placed in the washroom. All the foods must be stored away from the washroom.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • The maximum hot water temperature detected at one hand sink in the main floor bathroom was at 50.5C. Ensure that the maximum hot water temperature at all the handwashing stations be maintained at no higher than 49C.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • The missing fan cover in one basement bathroom should be installed. The fan in another basement bathroom should be replaced.

      • A medication box was stored in the staff washroom on the main floor. It must be stored outside of the washroom at all times. A sharp container must be equipped in the facility as well.

      • No written cleaning schedule was made available in the toddler's room in the basement. Ensure that written cleaning schedule be made available at each of the program areas.
