    • 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
      • Observation: No accurate indicating thermometers were observed in the; reach-in refrigerator within the dry inventory area, the large white stand-up refrigerator and freezer at time of inspection. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at a cold holding temperature of 4 C or less to control the growth of pathogenic bacteria and reduce the risk of food contamination and potential foodborne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator is purchase and to ensure all refrigeration equipment within the food premise has working accurate indicating thermometers within the refrigerating equipment to ensure proper cold storage of potentially hazardous food items.
