- The operator was going to be sampling but a handwashing station was not observed. The operator indicated that they would not be sampling on Friday. The operator then indicated that they would bring a handwashing station on Saturday and then would resume sampling. PHI advised the operator to ensure that they contact the event organizer prior to sampling to receive confirmation.
