- Observation(s): Small amount of droppings found under dishwashing/shelf area. Clean droppings safely (see BC Healthlink resource). Some outer doorways had gaps under the doors. Ensure weather stripping is flush to the floor to prevent potential pest entry. Please provide most recent pest control invoice.

- Observation(s): Floor around grease interceptor needs to be repaired - wood flooring visible due to damage. Operator is to have this fixed to ensure surface is smooth, easy to clean and non absorbent. Please contact EHO when this has been completed to resolve this item.
