    • F1.2 Are proper temperature controls maintained to ensure safe storage and display of foods?
      • Observation(s): Overall yes, however the prep cooler in the front area that holds sliced vegetables was reading high at the time of inspection. Operator is aware of the issue and states that vegetables are not stored in this unit for long periods of time as its used to replenish vegetables stored in the main sandwich prep cooler. - Ensure no potentially hazardous foods are stored in this unit until it has been repaired and can maintain a temperature of 4C or below. Hot Holding- In compliance Various items such as soups and meatball/sauce were all hot held above 60C at the time of inspection.
