- Chlorine test strips were available, but it was unable to be determined if they were expired due to missing label. Please replace.

- The flooring is constructed of multiple pieces of cut vinyl that do not form seams and are thus not smooth, impervious to moisture or easy to clean. Operator stated that he plans to remove this flooring and the plank vinyl flooring underneath and potentially paint or epoxy the cement.
