      • Infant room: Cooler for infant bottles was @10-11 deg C, as measured by PHI and on the thermometer placed inside. No bottles or food was stored in the cooler at the time of inspection. Ensure cooler can maintain temperature of 4 deg C or lower. In interum, use alternate refrigerator onsite for food/bottle storage.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips not available onsite, facility has placed a replacement order for chlorine testing strips.Ensure each classroom has test strips available for use.
