- The hand sink was located too far away for dishwashing staff. Either change beverage station sink back to a hand washing station, or install soap and paper towels in suitable dispensers above the wash sink compartment of the 3 comp sink. Note: the hand sink in the bathroom is for bathroom use and not acceptable for food service.
