- ***Pest control records were not available for review. Operator indicated that a pest control company was out regularly and she would arrange for a copy of the last 2 months to be sent out by e-mail following the inspection.

- ***The small under counter cooler was 9C. Checked at the end of the inspection and the unit was still warm. The milk and creams were moved to the large cooler in the staff only area that was 4C.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- ***the appropriate hydrogen peroxide test strips were present but they were expired, discussed that they may not be accurate as they had expired. They were removed and new ones would be ordered.

- ***Discussed stock rotation. The milk in use in the small refrigerator expires Nov 2, there were three unopened 4 liter containers in the large refrigerator that will expire in Oct (not expired yet). Discussed having the older stock in front of the newer stock or putting signs on the appropriate shelf to use these ones first.

- ***The small under counter cooler was 9C. Checked at the end of the inspection and the unit was still warm. The unit was emptied and is not to be used until it can maintain a safe temperature of 4C or colder.
