      • The benzalkonium chloride antiseptic wipes in first aid kit were expired and needed to be replaced.Ensure all items in the first aid kit are regularly checked and replaced if expired.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The staff indicated that the toys were cleaned by being sprayed with disinfectant every few days. A toy washing guidance document will be sent to the operator for their use and knowledge. Ensure that toys are being properly cleaned weekly after use.
