      • Spoons used for stirring coffee were stored in a cup containing grey looking water. Water temperature was at 20C. The staff was advised to wash and sanitize the spoons and the cups. Facility staff present indicated that the water in the cups were supposed to be iced. Please ensure the water is replaced frequently.
