- Expired chlorine-sanitizer test papers were observed stored next to the sanitizer solutions in the room. Operator indicated that they were unaware that the test papers were expired and that they would discard them and get new ones. Ensure that satisfactory test papers are used to measure sanitizer concentrations. PHI provided temporary test papers for use in the interim.
