      • No bleach test strips, or thermometer with a max/min function were available onsite. - Please acquire; ensure all chemicals and the dishwasher can be adequately tested.

      • No bleach sanitizer was prepared at the time of the inspection. - When there is food service/preparation going on, ensure that there is sanitizer available.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Refrigerator temperature was measured at around 6C with IR thermometer. Dial on the front said it was 5.6C. - Turn down the temperature, ensure it can hold products below 4C before it is used.
