- No bleach sanitizer was prepared at the time of the inspection. - When there is food service/preparation going on, ensure that there is sanitizer available.

- Refrigerator temperature was measured at around 6C with IR thermometer. Dial on the front said it was 5.6C. - Turn down the temperature, ensure it can hold products below 4C before it is used.
