- The solution in one of the sanitizer buckets was measured at 0 ppm chlorine. The operator promptly mixed a new bucket of chlorine sanitizer of 100 ppm.

- Several containers of food were not covered in the walk-in cooler. The operator covered the containers promptly and explained that the food was in the cooling process and they did not cover the containers in time as they were busy. Please ensure that all food containers are covered as soon as food has cooled down to avoid contamination.
