- Chlorine test strips were expired. Replacement required. Since bleach concentration throughout the program is approx. 1000ppm, test strips ranging from 0-1000ppm are recommended
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Two ceiling tiles in the kitchen were observed to be water damaged. Please investigate to ensure there are no leaks and repair leaks as necessary. Replace ceiling tiles. The light cover also has water spots and requires cleaning or replacement.
